The objectives of this project were to promote entrepreneurship among qualified young people and the creation of technology-based companies, to promote entrepreneurship among university researchers and to enhance the value of research developed within universities for the business community, to create a service model to support the creation of new technology-based companies (development of ideas, research, market testing and formalization, training of technicians and institutions in the promotion of entrepreneurship and business creation, creation of new financing mechanisms, a model to support the consolidation and dynamization of new technology-based companies, as well as to promote the spirit of cooperation, partnership and sharing of practices and experiences among new technology-based companies as a way of boosting their consolidation, creating informal reflection groups among new entrepreneurs.
