The preferential recipients of the Program are the staff who have the ambition to progress in their careers or adapt to changes in functions and/or changes in the degree of management complexity of their companies, and whose absence from the daily activity of the company causes great personal or organizational.

Also considered as preferential recipients are the staff of Portuguese and foreign companies that work outside Portugal and that can, in a concentrated and intensive way, carry out executive training in a prestigious international business school without affecting their normal professional activity.

Participants will normally have a university degree or, failing that, a professional experience of more than 7 years.
